Return and Refund Policy

At Web Business Center CRM, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide digital services and software products including CRM solutions, website development, domain services, email setup, payment gateway integration, and school management systems and setup, and more products and services . As these are mostly digital, customized, and service-based offerings, we follow a clear and transparent Return and Refund Policy. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

1. General Policy on Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and custom services, we do not offer returns or refunds once a service has been initiated, delivered, or software licenses have been issued.

However, we understand there might be exceptional cases where a refund could be valid. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


2.Digital Services & Products

All digital products and services including CRM access, website development, domain setup, email deliverability, and software services are non-refundable once work has commenced or delivery has been made.

Payment Policy

All services provided through our CRM system (https://crm.webbusinesscenter.in/) follow a structured order and payment process to ensure transparency and client satisfaction.

When a client places an order through our CRM, our team first reviews and processes the request as soon as possible. Based on the order details, an official invoice is generated and shared with the client. Only after invoice generation, the client is allowed to proceed with the payment for that particular order.  (client can check the invoice in Order tab/section.)

  • Payments must be made only after invoice confirmation.

  • Invoices clearly mention the service details, applicable taxes, and total payable amount.

  • We accept secure payments via integrated gateways using credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.


3. Subscription-Based Services

You may cancel a subscription anytime, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once payment is made.

4. Services Eligible for Refunds (Under Specific Conditions)

Since we provide digital services and software-based solutions such as website development, CRM setups, domain configurations, and school ERP systems — physical returns do not apply.

Cancellations may be accepted under the following conditions:

The order is not yet initiated by our technical or project team.

A cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Services involving third-party products (e.g., domain registration, hosting, licensed software) cannot be canceled once processed.

Services Not Eligible for Refund

  • Completed services and delivered products (websites, design, custom CRM setups)

  • Domain purchases (as they are registered immediately)

  • Monthly/Annual software subscription fees (once activated)

  • Any third-party services (SMTP, hosting, payment processor, etc.)

  • Time-bound or milestone-based projects after work initiation

5. Examples of Refund Scenarios
Refund Approved:

    • Example 1: You purchased a website design service and requested a cancellation within 12 hours before any work started – eligible for full refund.
      Example 2: You paid for email deliverability setup, but due to a technical mismatch, the service could not be delivered – eligible for full/partial refund.

Refund Not Approved:

    • Example 1: You requested a domain transfer, but changed your mind after the domain was already registered – not eligible.

6. Cancellation Policy

    • If you wish to cancel a service, please do so within 24–48 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are not accepted after a project has started, unless agreed upon in writing.


7. Refund Processing Timeline

      • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

      • Refunds are made to the original mode of payment only.

      • A processing fee (if applicable) may be deducted depending on the payment method.

8. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Payment made by error (e.g., duplicate payment).

  • Services not delivered due to fault on our side.
